Rares- Top Hat
It comes in 8 colors. It was 150 gems. You can sell it for 45 gems. It is has two rare forms.
Rare- Spiked Collars
Before it was called "Spiked Collar" they had the name "Spikey Collar". It was one of the July member gifts. It came in 8 colors.
